High silica glass fiber is a kind of high temperature resistant inorganic fiber, the main characteristics:

1. SiO2 content ≥96%;

2. The softening point is close to 1700℃, which can be used for a long time at 1000℃;

3. Low thermal conductivity;

5. Good electrical insulation performance;

Application
1. Used to strengthen phenolic plastics, make ablative body, etc.

High-silica glass fiber fixed-length yarn refers to a high-silica glass fiber yarn bundle of a specified length, which has good properties of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation and so on. It is widely used to reinforce various plastic products such as phenolic and polyester, and is resistant to pressing. Ablation body, etc.

Staple yarn is the yarn with certain length used for reinforcing phenolic resin and forming ablation resistant blocks.

High silica fiberglass chopped strand is chopped from silica fiberglass staple yarn and used for silica fiberglass needled mat. The length and twist by customer’s order.

In 2012, the company jointly developed PTFE glass fiber cloth with Hohai University, Suqian College, Sinoma Technology and other schools through various means such as school-enterprise alliances and the introduction of high-tech talents. The product was successfully developed in October 2013.
